About Micro Bubble Generator
The Micro Bubble Generator is designed primarily for laboratory use to support research and development related to microbubble technology. The system enables controlled generation of microbubbles and provides measurement data on bubble size distribution within the test tank.
Operating Principle
This system utilizes a self-aspirating swirling (rotational) method for bubble generation.
- Gas is drawn in through the inlet
- The pump impeller applies shear force to break the gas into extremely fine bubbles
- This process produces stable and uniform microbubbles
Compared to conventional pressurized methods, this technique has been shown to provide enhanced biological activity in various research applications.
